How much does it cost?

We charge $1 per application. You can purchase credits in packages: Starter ($10/10 applications), Popular ($50/50 applications), or Power ($100/100 applications). Credits never expire.

How do I get started?

Simply sign up, complete your profile by uploading your resume and setting job preferences, add credits to your account, and our experts will start applying to jobs immediately.

How many applications will you submit per day?

On average, our clients see 5-10 applications per day with the Popular package, but this varies based on your industry, location, and job market conditions.

Do you use AI or bots?

No! We're 100% human-led. Real experts review your profile, research companies, customize your resume for each role, and manually submit applications. No AI spam or generic bots.

What types of jobs do you apply to?

We apply to jobs that match your preferences: target roles, companies, salary range, and location. Our experts focus on quality over quantity, applying only to relevant, well-paying positions.

Can I see which jobs you've applied to?

Yes! Your dashboard shows all applications with company names, positions, application dates, and status updates. Full transparency on every application.

Resume & Profile

Do you optimize my resume for each application?

Absolutely! Our human experts customize your resume for each application, highlighting relevant skills and experience that match the specific job requirements.

What if I don't have a resume?

No problem! We offer a 'Create CV for me' option where our experts will build a professional resume based on your experience and target roles.

Can I update my preferences after starting?

Yes, you can update your job preferences, target companies, and other settings anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately.

Billing & Credits

Do credits expire?

No, your credits never expire. Use them at your own pace - whether that's 10 applications this month or spread over several months.

Can I get a refund?

We offer refunds for unused credits within 30 days of purchase. Once applications are submitted, those credits are considered used.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards through our secure payment processor Paystack.

Results & Support

How quickly will I hear back from employers?

Response times vary by company and industry, typically 1-3 weeks. We focus on quality applications to companies that are actively hiring, which improves response rates.

What if I'm not getting interviews?

Our experts will review your profile and suggest optimizations. We also provide feedback on market conditions and may recommend adjusting your target roles or salary expectations.

Do you provide interview preparation?

Currently, we focus on job applications. However, we provide tips and resources in our blog to help you prepare for interviews once you start getting responses.
